In this topic, we learned what the sacrament of baptism is. We brought in photos from our own Baptism and discussed our own experiences. Then, we got to go and visit Father Darren in church and acted out a real baptism while learning about the actions and symbols of baptism.

Our first topic in RE this year, was home. We thought about what makes a house a home and how we live together in God's way.

This week, we started our new RE topic, the Eucharist.

We listened to the story, 'The Stone Soup.' We used role play to understand the story and thought about how important it is to listen and share.

Well done Y3!

During Advent, we created our own Jesse Tree. For each day of Advent, we created a decoration for the tree, representing a story from the Old Testament. We created a wreath ready for the Blessing of the Wreaths.

During this time of uncertainty, it is important to gather your thoughts every day and say a prayer to God. Take some time to self-reflect and create a positive mindset.
